Donald Trump is the current President of the United States Of America and is also a WWE Hall Of Famer. Now it seems that Fox wants Trump to make an appearance on Smackdown Live.
As reported by Tom Colohue, it started with a few internal emails at Fox regarding the idea of approaching Vince McMahon and suggesting if he would manage to get Donald Trump to appear on Smackdown Live. It is also said that WWE and Donald Trump will be able to understand how it benefits both of them.
“FOX have asked for Trump so I’m trying to write something short and easy for him that makes him look good. Vince doesn’t like us to say anything bad about Trump so I’m just doing the best I can.”
Smackdown Live needs all the ratings it can get, with its move to Fox in October of this year. So Donald Trump appearing is certainly a possibility.
