All Elite Wrestling seems to be doing everything right in the beginning stages of running a wrestling promotion. The one major hiccup is their problem with PAC.
When PAC pulled out of Wrestlecon over WrestleMania weekend, it was due to visa issues. We had an exclusive story that said PAC most likely wouldn’t get his visa in time for AEW’s first ever event Double Or Nothing. A week before Double Or Nothing, news broke that PAC would not be appearing at the event.
Dave Meltzer said it was due to creative differences as PAC was scheduled to lose a future match against Kenny Omega, most likely for the AEW World Championship. Since PAC is the Dragon Gate World Champion, he refuses to lose clean in a singles match.
Here is the tweet and graphic advertising PAC
Which means that if it was truly creative differences, PAC would be able to show up to Fyter Fest and one of the Lucha Brothers could take the pin.
Tickets for Fyter Fest went on sale today and before the tickets went on sale AEW updated the tweet and match graphic.
No comment has been made yet on why PAC was pulled or who will replace him.
