WrestleMania 35 Card Could Exclude Some Key Matches

With WrestleMania 35 taking place in just over two weeks from now, we currently have 10 matches confirmed for the card, with more matches rumored to be added. It has previously been reported that this year’s WrestleMania could have the longest runtime in the events history.

According to a new report from Rajah regarding WrestleMania 35, “WWE is trying to keep WM to 13-14 matches.”

Of the 10 matches that have currently been announced, one of them includes the SmackDown Women’s Championship Match, in which Asuka’s opponent has yet to be revealed. In addition, with the Women’s Battle Royal match and the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match, which are both expected to be confirmed soon, this would bring the total number of matches up to 12 already. This doesn’t include an Intercontinental Title match, or Men’s Tag Title matches from either Raw or SmackDown.

It has been reported that there is a possibility that WWE may not include men’s Tag Title matches on the WrestleMania 35 card. With the number of matches already at 10 with 12 expected to be confirmed soon, there isn’t much room left on the card.

We will keep you updated if we hear anything about possible plans for the IC, or men’s Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania 35.
