Dustin Rhodes Gets Rid Of WWE References From Social Media Handles

AEW have revealed some of their matches that have been booked for the Double Or Nothing event. One name in particular still doesn’t have a match. That person is Cody. Cody has stated that his match will be personal, which has led to speculation on who his opponent will be.

To add fuel to that fire. Former WWE talent Goldust has changed his Twitter from @GoldustWWE to @dustinrhodes. Usually when people leave the company, they keep the Twitter handle that they used in WWE. It would be odd for someone affiliated with other major promotions to have WWE in their handle.

Dustin has taken it one step further and changed his Instagram account name as well.

This is purely speculation at this point, if Dustin will appear at Double or Nothing or in AEW in general. Having The Undertaker do the same thing recently and then agreeing to the AEW adjacent event Starrcast II appearance really opens the floodgates for possibilities for talents leaving WWE.
