The world of wrestling is truly bizarre and it only gets more bizarre as time goes on. It is also not limited to WWE for that matter.
According to Luchablog, a promotion known as Mexa Wrestling has been promoting a match where a wrestler seems to be using the likeness of famous character Homer Simpson from The Simpsons.
Mexa Wrestling is promoting the event, which will be taking place on
January 1st.
While this might be seen as blatant copyright infringement, in actuality, it is a parody of the popular character. So they should be able to get away with it. It is the same way how the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles had once wrestled a long time ago.
