Rumors Of HUGE WWE Main Roster Call-Up & Potential Heel Turn

It has been reported previously that WWE was potentially planning on repackaging Bray Wyatt following his loss to Matt Hardy in the Ultimate Deletion Match last month on RAW. The match saw Bray Wyatt eventually be tossed into “The Lake of Reincarnation”, which then led to Wyatt’s absence on WWE TV for a few weeks.

Bray Wyatt made his return to WWE Programming during the WrestleMania 34 Pre-show when he did a run-in during the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal where he aided Matt Hardy in winning the match. On last week’s episode of RAW the night after ‘Mania, Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy competed in a first round match to determine the new RAW Tag Team Champions. However, Wyatt’s alliance with Matt Hardy may be short lived.

In the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer discussed a potential plan that has been pitched that would see Wyatt turn on Matt Hardy. Even more interesting is that Wyatt’s heel turn on Hardy would also include him becoming the new leader of SAnitY.

It has been rumored that NXT Superstars SAnitY – Eric Young, Killian Dain, Alexander Wolfe, and Nikki Cross have been considered for a main roster call-up soon. It was believed that the group might even have debuted last week on the shows following ‘Mania, but as seen that was not the case.

It should be noted that SAnitY’s current leader Eric Young was defeated in a dark match at the last set of NXT TV tapings, and that other members of SAnitY were not featured in the tapings either. This could indicate that WWE is indeed planning a main roster call-up for the group.

We will keep you updated if any more information regarding Bray Wyatt’s heel turn, or more potential NXT call-ups becomes available.
