WWE Discussing Plans To Hold Another Global Warning PPV Next Year In Australia

Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that there have been serious discussions internally within WWE regarding holding another possible Global Warning PPV, which would take place next year in Australia.

As you may remember back in 2002 WWE held their Global Warning PPV, an event which took place in Melbourne and drew over 50,000 fans. It’s been said that WWE officials want to top that in a big way next year.

WWE Officials have discussed the possibility of running Global Warning II from the Melbourne Cricket Ground, which holds 100,000 people. It’s said that WWE wants the event to take place in October, with current plans to broadcast the event on the WWE Network and on PPV.

As of this moment nothing being official, but reports state that things are headed in the right direction.
