Ali was made a permanent member of Smackdown Live on this week’s Smackdown. In the main event of the show, Mustafa Ali pinned WWE Champion Daniel Bryan after he landed a 054 splash. However, it seems that Ali landed badly on Bryan.
Wrestle Votes reports: “Looks like Mustafa Ali landed hard on Bryan’s arm and chest during the 054 finish. You can hear Ali say something to Bryan then ‘I’m sorry.’ Hope Bryan’s OK.”
Hopefully Daniel Bryan is alright. After all, it would be pretty bad for Mustafa Ali if he has injured the champion immediately after joining Smackdown Live.
