Patrick Dooley, who served as WWE’s Senior Vice President of Global Strategy & Corporate Development has parted ways with the company.

PWInsider has reported that Patrick Dooley, WWE’s Senior Vice President of Global Strategy & Corporate Development, is no longer with the company after quietly exiting in late July, which seems to coincide with several other “budget cut departures.”

Dooley, who essentially served as “number two” to Paul “Triple H” Levesque to all matters not pertaining to creative, started with WWE back in 2018 as Director of Global Strategy. He was directly involved with bringing NXT back to Full Sail University in Orlando, WWE’s acquisition of Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide, the FOX Latin America deal to air AAA, and lots of other additional partnerships and deals for the company.
