On May 1st, 2026 WWE aired the 1,393rd episode of Smackdown live in Tulsa Okhalama inside BOK Center & can watch it on USA Network (United States) & Netflix (Everywhere else).
-Kicking off this week’s Smackdown with a video recapping what went down between World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns & Jacob Fatu from this past Monday on Raw.
-Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes asks Tulsa what they want to talk about then says it’s always nice when talent can provide fans with some new information like he has now.
-He says he met with WWE’s medical staff and Nick Aldis to see if he would be medically cleared then says he has indeed been medically cleared.
-Rhodes addresses what’s next for him but Ricky Saints’ music hits and he makes his way out.
-Saints says the fans boo what they don’t understand and says he’s young, successful, rich and suave.
-He says himself & Rhodes aren’t strangers to one another but he knows that Rhodes feels the change in the air and that change is The Revolution that he’s leading.
-He says he’s the man and says it’s now Friday Night Saints but Rhodes says he’s happy to have Saints on Smackdown.
-He asks Saints what the difference is between the last time that Saints stepped up to him and now but Saints says it’s Rhodes’ state of health right now.
-He reminds Rhodes that he’s a former NXT Champion & North American Champion then says he’s here to relief Rhodes of his duties as Undisputed WWE Champion.
-Rhodes says Saints pulled an easy thread and agrees to square off against Saints in the ring.
-They but Saints says he didn’t come to the ring to make a statement and says he came to change what Smackdown is about.
-Rhodes responds by telling Saints that he’s easy to find and hard to beat.
Jacy Jayne defeated Charlotte Flair via Rolling Encore
-We then head backstage where WWE Tag Team Champion R Truth inadvertently gives Fraxiom a WWE Tag Team Titles Match tonight on behalf of Damian Priest and himself due to a miscommunication.
-We then head over to Kit Wilson and The Miz & they look to trick Danhausen by offering him free human monies.
-The plan ultimately backfires when Danhausen opens the briefcase to reveal lots of actual money but when Wilson & Miz open it themselves, they are sprayed in the face with baby powder.
WWE Tag Team Titles Match
Wepa Up (Damian Priest & R Truth) (c) defeated Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer & Axiom) via Razor’s Edge on Axiom (STILL CHAMPIONS!!!!)
-After the match Talla Tonga appears to level Fraxiom & Truth.
-He hits a chokeslam to Priest & Solo Sikoa joins him in the ring.
-Left alone in the ring with Talla, Sikoa says Jacob Fatu made a big mistake last Friday when he defeated him then says that the loved one he’s supposed to protect aren’t standing next to him because of Fatu.
-He says when Fatu gets to the BOK Center, he’s a dead man walking.
-The Usos interrupt Sikoa with Jimmy Uso telling Sikoa that himself and Jey understand he has an issue with Fatu but he’s not the only one because Roman Reigns has an issue with Fatu.
-He says Fatu’s real mistake was putting his hands on Reigns on Monday’s episode of Raw and Jey Uso adds that Fatu used a sacred move in the Tongan Death Grip to take out Reigns on Monday.
-He says Sikoa will have to wait until Reigns is done with Fatu.
-Sikoa says there’s plenty of Fatu for all of them but Jey cuts off Sikoa and says himself and Jimmy aren’t asking him but rather telling him.
-Talla takes out The Usos with Sikoa telling his twin brothers that himself and Talla don’t care because Reigns isn’t their Tribal Chief.
-We then head backstage where Sami Zayn confronts Cody Rhodes about being upset about calling him a Golden Boy.
-He says he’s tired of having miscommunications and suggests that they have to stick together as the last real good guys.
Non Title Match
Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes defeated Ricky Saints via Cross Rhodes
-After the match Gunther attacks Rhodes from behind and cinches in a sleeper hold on him.
-He grabs the Undisputed WWE Title and sets it up in the ring to send a message to Rhodes.
-Danhausen introduces himself as very nice, very evil then says he found $400 in the back that he decided to spent on the fanhausens by buying them some merchandise.
-He throws out several of his t shirts into the crowd but The Miz’s music hits and he makes his way out to vent his frustrations with bad things such as his vow renewal with his wife being ruined and his daughter’s bike going missing since Danhausen arrived on Smackdown.
The Miz admits that he’s cursed but Kit Wilson makes his way out and asks The Miz if he’s lost his mind.
-He says The Miz was his mentor but The Miz ignores him and says Danhausen has figured out what it means to be a WWE Superstar while Wilson cannot say the same.
-The Miz & Danhausen look to shake hands but Wilson desperately stops them and says he wrote a poem.
-He recites a poem about Danhausen not belonging in the BOK Center and The Miz shaking his hand but Danhausen calls for The Miz to shake his own hand.
The Miz opts to shake Danhausen’s hand and raises it then says there’s only 1 thing left to do.
-Danhausen looks to curse Wilson but before he can, The Miz blindsides Danhausen from behind and beats him down with Wilson.
-The Miz connects with a Skull Crushing Finale on Danhausen as Wilson ascends to the top rope and Wilson hits an elbow drop to Danhausen.
-After the break we head over to a conversation between Royce Keys & Jacob Fatu wherein Keys tells Fatu to unleash the werewolf to take care of Roman Reigns at Backlash.
-Talla Tonga attacks Keys out of nowhere then chokeslams Fatu through a table that has boxes and garbage cans on top of it while Solo Sikoa watches on.
Royce Keys defeated Angel via Spinebuster
-Sami Zayn says he loves Tulsa and says he went to the Bob Dylan Center earlier today.
-He says Dylan was a folk musician until he picked up an electric guitar 1 day and started getting booed.
-He says he relates to that and asks what he did so wrong to deserve the boos of the fans then says his ride or die fan club is in the house tonight.
-He says there’s millions more watching who have also had his back since day 1 then says the gingerbread man represents United States Champion Trick Williams much more than himself.
-He says the gingerbread man is a shell of a costume like Williams does and says it’s easy to do what Williams does with his showmanship but what he does by leaving it all in the ring is hard.
-He says when he looks at the gingerbread man, he sees Williams not taking him or the fans seriously.
-He says he sees it as disrespect then says every time he looks at the gingerbread man, he wants to punch him and winds up to do so.
-Zayn stops himself and says he’s losing his mind about to clock a gingerbread man then shakes gingerbread man’s hand and low blows him.
-He lands an elbow drop on gingerbread man and rains down right hands and left hands on him then rips apart the dummy mannequin that’s inside the gingerbread man.
-Williams’ music hits and he runs down to the ring.
-He fires off right hands on Zayn and sets up for the Trick Shot but Zayn slides out of the ring and retreats through the crowd.
-Williams then throws up the X symbol for the gingerbread man and medical staff take him to the back.
-After the break Cathy Kelley catches up with Trick Williams as he emerges from the doctor’s office.
-Williams expresses his deep anger with Zayn having attacked Lil Yachty and the gingerbread man then challenges him to a United States Title match at Backlash and tells Zayn that he’ll Whoop That Trick at Backlash.
