Trish Stratus Reportedly Has One More Match In Mind Before She Retires

This past Sunday at SummerSlam we saw Trish Stratus wrestle Charlotte Flair in what was her final WWE match, as she has officially retired from in-ring competition.

But, there are some sayings in the business, such as “never say never” and “plans changed”. So who knows if this was really the last time that we will see Trish Stratus wrestle in a WWE ring, especially since there is apparently one match she still wants to have.

According to a report from Tom Colohue via Sportskeeda, a source within WWE told him that Trish Stratus and Alexa Bliss want to have a match together and that the two frequently talk. This was also originally supposed to be a match for the first-ever all women’s Evolution PPV last year, but the match was changed after Bliss was forced out of action due to a concussion.

“They both talk about the match all the time. It was a missed opportunity. They still want to make it happen but who knows when the chance will come again.”

Trish Stratus has also been announced as a participant for the upcoming 20th Anniversary episode of SmackDown Live taking place on October 4th.

We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about a possible match between Trish Stratus and Alexa Bliss.
