Paul Wight Names Which AEW Star He Would Have Chosen To Face At All In
Paul Wight names who he would have loved to face at All In.
According to WrestleTix, AEW All In is currently at over 80,846 tickets distributed. This would be a new record for a wrestling event. The previous record was set at WWE WrestleMania 32 with 80,709 tickets accounted for at the turnstiles. AEW All In is set for August 27 at Wembley Stadium in London, England.
Paul Wight is currently not an active member of the AEW roster, but he is not retired either. While he is obviously heading in that direction, he still has some matches left in him.
One match Wight would have been interested in is a match at All In. Speaking to DAZN in July, Wight was asked what match he would book to main event the show.
“I’m going to be super greedy and I’d pick myself and I would fight Kenny Omega. Kenny Omega is one guy in AEW that I think is just another talent that I would love to work with because of his intensity. I think Kenny and I could have torn the house down,”
Paul Wight
Omega is scheduled to team with Kota Ibushi & Hangman Page to take on Jay White, Juice Robinson, & Konosuke Takeshita at AEW All In.
We will have to wait and see if Wight will ever get the chance to face off with The Best Bout Machine in the squared circle.
