Paul Levesque And Nick Khan Reportedly Accused Of Destroying Evidence in Shareholder Lawsuit
Big news coming out today about the WWE.
As first reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics and POST Wrestling, in a statement below, Shareholder plaintiffs have a new motion asking asking that the defendants, including Vince McMahon, Nick Khan, and Paul Levesque, be reprimanded for “alleged destruction of relevant evidence.”
It claims that McMahon, Khan, Levesque, and non-defendants Stephanie McMahon and Brad Blum had failed to preserve communication like messages saved from the app Signal and handwritten notes from Vince, despite being ordered to preserve them.
In another statement, it claims Khan was the main culprit behind the loss evidence, suggesting he “spearheaded” the Signal communications between all involved where he was able to delete all the messages from the Signal messaging app, as users are allowed to set messages to delete whenever they choose.
One of the biggest news regarding this motion is the meeting that was held in December 2022 between McMahon, Stephanie, and Endeavor/TKO executives Mark Shapiro and Ari Emanuel where they discussed how Vince was still looking to return to the WWE, while also continuing to work together with Vince even after his retirement following the lawsuit by Janel Grant which detailed the sexual assault, trafficking and many more heinous acts committed by the likes of McMahon, John Laurinaitis, Brock Lesnar, and others.
