WWE Fan Claims To Have Women’s Wrestling Sign Taken At Elimination Chamber
WWE are sign confiscators.
Women’s Wrestling
WWE fans have been very vocal about the usage, or lack-there-of, of women in the company. While women are treated better now than in years past, it still isn’t up to the standards that the men are. Now, WWE has made things worse.
This past weekend at WWE Elimination Chamber, a fan with the Instagram handle “old_man_sweater” went to the event and took a sign that said “Let Women Main Event.” Simple enough, and seemingly harmful. But, they went on to say that WWE had confiscated the sign and took it away, so it wasn’t on camera. In the photo, you can see the fan was decently close to the ring.

This was seen as disappointing, as fans wanted the women to main event said event, and are now asking for one of the women’s title matches to main event WrestleMania, with some even saying that Rhea Ripley vs. Jade Cargill for the Women’s World Title should headline one night of WrestleMania. Time will tell if that happens.
