Juggalo Championship Wrestling announced on social media that Vince Russo will be addressing JCW World Champion Mr. Anderson to kick off JCW Lunacy tomorrow. Anderson defeated James Storm to become the new JCW World Champion last week after Matt Cardona vacated the title due to signing with WWE.
