UFC 325 is inching closer!
UFC Ceremonial Weigh-Ins
UFC 325 is almost here! Today, down in Sydney, Australia, UFC held their weigh-ins and ceremonial weigh-ins. All but one fighter made weight, which caused that bout to be cancelled. (you can read about that here.) But, everyone else was on point and ready for the ceremonial weigh-ins and the final face-offs of the week.
For the most part, everyone was respectful, but, things did get a little snappy with Oban Elliot and Jonathan Micallef, as Oban was seemingly yelling at Jonathan’s coach, before telling him that he’s “dead tomorrow.”

We then saw Rafael Fiziev & Mauricio Ruffy face-off in what is sure to be a fan-favorite strike fest Saturday night. During the face-off, Ruffy was stoic and staring a hole through his opponent, while Fiziev was chirping him, which caused Ruffy to seemingly insinuate that Rafael was a little shaky today.

Then, we see the co-main event between Dan Hooker and Benoit Saint-Denis with a very fast face-off, but, the Aussie crowd just absolutely adores Dan ‘The Hangman’ Hooker, and adorably, he had his daughter by his side, as well.

Last but certainly not least, the main event for the UFC Featherweight Title where the champ Alexander Volkanovski and Diego Lopes stare each other down, as well as post-stare down interviews. That crowd is deafening for their home champion.

UFC 325 is live Saturday, January 31 in Sydney, Australia with the prelims starting at 5PM ET and the main card following at 9PM ET all on Paramount+ in the United States.
