Dan Hooker has no ill-will for Benoit.

This Saturday at UFC 325, a fan-friendly war is coming to the main card as Dan Hooker takes on Benoit Saint-Denis, but it’ll be a friendly war. Dan Hooker is usually one to talk trash and go at his opponents verbally before the fight, but he just can’t do it this time.
When asked about his usually trash talking not happening this time, Dan Hooker told the press at the UFC Media Scrum that Benoit is just a nice guy, and he can’t say anything bad about him.
”Yeah, cause it’s like fucking arguing with a door! He’s the nicest bloke in the world. I was gripping at straws, I was calling him ugly, you know, look at him, he’s not even that bad looking, you know? He’s got ears like a life boat, but besides that, what has he said? I’ve seen him yesterday, he shakes my hand and says “thanks for taking the fight.” I go fuck me days, how am I supposed to argue with this bloke?”
Despite not being able to argue, it’s no secret that both these guys like to throw down, and when the cage door shuts, we’re in for some violence this Saturday night at UFC 325 on Paramount+.
