Blake Monroe Addresses Losing NXT Women’s North American Championship: Not the First Time I’ve Been Screwed

Last night on NXT, Thea Hail defeated Blake Monroe to become the new NXT Women’s North American Champion but it didn’t happen without controversy. Hail hit a senton back splash off the ropes and covered Monroe for the pin which the referee counted to three awarding the win to Hail. Monroe seemed to have the wind knocked out of her from Hail landing directly on top of her and kicked out right after three.
