JD McDonagh has announced on social media that he is undergoing surgery and will be stepping away from the ring for a short period.
McDonagh shared a photo in a hospital bed and wrote:
“Been working thru some stuff for the last few months, but now is the time to pump the brakes and get put back together. Won’t be long, BRB.”
Although McDonagh did not elaborate further on the surgery, he is wearing a cast on his right hand/wrist.
