King’s Speech segment featuring TNA World Champion Frankie Kazarian.
Frankie welcomes the crowd to the champions show. He hypes his victory over JDC at Final Resolution. He says he’ll be the one to usher TNA into the new era – the era of AMC. He says he’s the face of the company and that he’s going to be the champion for a very long time, so people better get use to it.
Santana comes out through the crowd and interrupts, tells Frankie to shut the hell up. Santana hypes the El Paso crowd. Santana says Frankie saw, took, seized, and opportunity. He said he’s channeling his anger for now, but he wants Frankie watching his back because he has a target on his head.
Santana hypes the steel cage match as part of team TNA next week. Once he locks himself in the cage with the NXT, and beats them he’s going to pull the trigger on the target – it’ll be at the TNA Genesis PPV on January 17.
The match is made official.
We go backstage to the NXT team. Lexis King says TNA just doesn’t die, and calls Matt Cardona nothing more than a backyard wrestler. High Ryze talk about the Hardy’s and how they won the match last weeks, but lost their souls. Brooks says they’re ready for next week. Stacks calls Santino a bad father, but says they’ll get what they want next week when the beat team TNA.
We get a hype clip from NXT this past weekend where Leon Slater was involved in a match last Saturday. Slater will be part of a number one contenders match for the NXT Heavyweight Title next Tuesday.
–Lexis King def. Matt Cardona via roll up pin after Cardona was distracted by Stacks trying to hit him with the TNA International Title.
Post-match, Stacks and King beat down Cardona. Steve Maclin came out to make the save.
Lei Ying Lee is backstage with Xia. Lee says Final Resolution was a tough match for her, it she won the match and the two respect each other. Xia says they’re still the Angel Warriors. Interrupted by Tessa, Victoria, Mila Moore, and Robert Stone. Tessa says even though they lost, she’s still a former TNA World Champion – something neither of them have ever done – and she can go back after the Knockouts World Title anytime she wants.

Backstage, Gia Miller is standing with Rich Swann. She asks Swann about his actions at Final Resolution where he hit AJ Francis with the X Division Title belt. Rich says he’s a former X Division and World champion, and he’s main evented lots of big events. Swann is tired of being disrespected and held down, and so FIR$T CLA$$ is done.
AJ Francis attacks Rich and steps on him; he says Rich is being held down now. Francis reminds Sean that he IS FIR$T CLA$$, and that if you’re not FIRST CLASS, you’re LAST!

Cedric Alexander def. BDE, Jason Hotch, Ryan Nemeth, Dezmond Xavier, & Jake Something after landing the pinfall on BDE.
We go backstage to The System, Myers and Edward’s said they’re going to find out tonight if Travis and Judas are worthy of The System.
Eddie and JDC hang back after everybody walks away and have a moment. JDC tells Eddie that even though they’re boys, he’s going to BRING IT at Genesis. Eddie says he wouldn’t have it any other way.
Frankie confronts Santino backstage and tells Santino to fix the situation with Mike Santana where he cashed in his contractual rematch. Frankie says he’ll wrestle anybody but Santana. Santino says he should wrestle other people before then anyway, so he’ll have a 20 person Battle Royal next week and then in three weeks Frankie will wrestle that person. Santino says he’s needs to figure out a replacement for Matt Cardona after he was injured earlier in the night.
The NXT group walk up and tell Santino that Cardonas injury is on him, and it’s his fault. They tell Santino to just make it a 4 on 5 match, unless he wants to keep being a controlling father. Arianna slaps Stacks and the group walks away.
-The System (Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards w/Alisha) def. Sinner & Saint
Matt & Jeff Hardy come out to the ring. They both talk about defending TNA from the NXT invaders as they headed into the biggest year of the company yet – the AMC era!
The Righteous – Dutch & Vincent – interrupted the Hardy’s and make their way out. They introduce themselves and say they’re not here to hurt them. Vincent says the Hardy’s are universally loved – like Gods standing among mortals. Dutch says it’s an honor to be in the ring with the Hardy’s and their wonderful fans. Vincent says they’re coming because they’re grateful, the Hardy’s changed tag team wrestling FOREVER.
Matt asks if they just came out to interrupt them.
Vincent says they came to wish them good luck next week in the steel cage match. Dutch says they’ll be watching.
Santino Marella comes out before the Maine event. He said since Matt Cardona is unable to compete next week in the Steel Cage, he will replace Matt in the match.
We get a rundown clip of the matches for next week.
