Moments ago, TNA Wrestling took to their social media Twitter to reveal who would be part of the teams in the previously-announced Team NXT vs Team TNA steel cage match.
Team TNA consists of Matt Cardona, Steve Maclin, Mike Santana, Matt & Jeff Hardy taking on team NXT, which will have Lexis King, TNA International Champion Stacks, Brooks Jensen, Tyrieke Igwe, & Tyson DuPont.
The match was announced after the conclusion of last Friday night’s Final Resolution show where a big brawl broke out between the NXT and TNA talent that saw Santino Marella intentionally being punched in the face by Stacks and laid out to end the show.
Santino Marella was furious backstage and said this will not stand and that he’s going to put a team together inside of a STEEL CAGE to get rid of these guys once and for all.
December 18th will be one of TNA’s very last shows that will air on the AXSTV network before moving ti AMC network on January 15 of 2026.
