WWE NXT Deadline 2025 takes place tonight from the Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio, Texas, streaming live on Peacock (U.S.) and Netflix (international) at 7 p.m. ET.
The card is built around two Iron Survivor Challenge matches. The Men’s field features Je’Von Evans, Joe Hendry, Leon Slater, Dion Lennox, and Myles Borne while the Women’s lineup includes Sol Ruca, Jordynne Grace, Lola Vice, Kelani Jordan, and Kendal Grey.
The rest of the card includes Ricky Saints vs Oba Femi, Ethan Page vs Mr. Iguana, and Tatum Paxley vs Izzi Dame.
Deadline closes NXT’s 2025 PLE calendar with high stakes and plenty of fresh matchups. Now it’s time for the Wrestle Hitz NXT Deadline Predictions.
Tatum Paxley vs Izzi Dame
Napster P: I absolutely adore Tatum. She’s so fun to watch her unpredictable behavior and unhinged attitude reminds me of Rosemary and would be the perfect mentor to Paxley. Tatum Paxley defeats Izzi Dame.
KDot: I can respect your admiration for Tatum Paxley knowing she is the absolute underdog and walks to the beat of her own drum. However, Izzi Dame and The Culling will make an example of Tatum Paxley it’s the only way Pax could be scouring the land of opportunity for help. Although they just appeared on TNA Final Resolution, I feel Tatum will eventually find her way to the land of righteousness. Dig what I’m saying? Izzi Dame defeats Tatum Paxley.
NXT North American Championship: Ethan Page (c) vs Mr. Iguana
Napster P: Although Mr. Iguana has been a shining star since the WWE acquisition of AAA Lucha Libre it will be “All Ego” Ethan Page who will be the one to halt Iguana’s momentum. Mr Iguana has a bright future in AAA/NXT but it won’t be at the expense of “All Ego”, need I say more? Ethan Page defeats Mr Iguana.
KDot: I agree although Mr Iguana is a fan favorite of the AAA and NXT brand this won’t be his night. Ethan Page is by far one of the greatest professional wrestlers in the world today and for that reason I also have “All Ego” claiming victory over Mr Iguana. Ethan Page defeats Mr Iguana.
NXT Championship: Ricky Saints(c) vs Oba Femi
Napster P: Now this was the match that had me torn because I would love to see “The Ruler” Oba Femi reclaim his rightful throne as NXT Champion. Now stay with me, Cody Rhodes and Ricky Starks is a match I’ve been looking forward to since their AEW days. That’s truly why I feel Ricky Saints defeats Oba Femi to retain the NXT Championship, “The Ruler is ready for his main roster call-up and it’s only a matter of time. Lastly, I think at the end of the night after the main event, whoever wins Cody’s gonna show up and shake the winners hand and hold up his WWE Undisputed Championship. Ricky Saints defeats Oba Femi.
KDot: Now if you would’ve told me this last week I would’ve said you are higher than Bobby Brown in the 90s. However, fantasy has become reality and once again I am right there with you. Oba Femi’s main roster future is set in stone without this matchup against Cody Rhodes and for that reason I also say Ricky Saints retains because that is what will be the “Topic Of Discussion” (pun intended) amongst social media and reading worldwide. We are about to get an “Absolute American Nightmare” as Ricky Saints defeats Oba Femi.
Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge: Kelani Jordan, Jordynne Grace, Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, & Kendal Grey
Napster P: This is the perfect opportunity for Kelani Jordan to embrace her full-on heel persona. I love every competitor in this matchup but this where I feel Kelani will thrive by orchestrating some devious tactica to secure the victory. The closest threat to Kelani Jordan would be Jordynne Grace who has had her recent defeats and triumphs and could be her time to take the next step in her NXT journey. Unfortunately that will not be at the expense of Kelani Jordan. Kelani Jordan wins Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge.
KDot: I feel this decision will be the game changing outcome on who wins between you and I. Sol Ruca was my odds on favorite but I feel Zaria is going to cost her the matchup. As much as my heart is telling me to go Kelani Jordan, I have Jordynne Grace becoming the winner of the Iron Survivor Challenge. I don’t want to delve any further it will just you with my emotions and decision. Jordynne Grace wins Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge.
Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge: Joe Hendry, Je’Von Evans, Leon Slater, Dion Lennox, & Myles Borne
Napster P: Je’Von is the NOW forget the future he’s got that secured. I would love also to see a TNA Star like Leon Slater get the win, but I feel like the one who has the more pull and push at the moment is Je’Von Evans and that match with Gunther was a masterpiece. Je’Von is here now and he’s about to run the next 20 years of this business. Je’Von Evans wins Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge.
KDot: I’ll be honest I did have Dion Lennox penciled in as the Iron Survivor winner, Je’Von Evans is absolutely on another stratosphere but I feel we are about to either see Je’Von and Leon clique up for tag team gold or they will ending up going to battle with one another after this match. The former is actually what makes more sense to me as Dark State gets involved costing Je’Von and Leon an opportunity at victory. Je’Von Evans and Leon Slater chasing after Dark State for the NXT Tag Team Championship is a picture perfect building up to the end game of the storyline. I could very well be wrong but I have Dion Lennox becoming the Iron Survivor and the Youngest OGs in Charge looking for tag team gold. Joe Henry and Myles Borne will be great additions to the matchup but have them being in the bottom tier of the leaderboard. Dion Lennox wins Men’s Iron Survivor.
