TNA World Champion Frankie Kazarian On Moving To A Bigger Platform: “You’re Given That Chance To Prove It. Step Up.”
On Tuesday night, TNA World Champion Frankie Kazarian was a guest on Busted Open After Dark with Bully Ray, and commented on the opportunity for TNA Wrestling with a new TV network home heading into 2026 and the opportunity the locker room has.
“You’ve been given an opportunity to show how great TNA is. We’ve been talking all this shit about how great we are. Now you’re given that chance to prove it – step up!”
Bully – what do you want the TNA locker room to know about this opportunity?
“Do NOT take this shit for granted. You’re being given the opportunity to perform on AMC, which is a globally recognized, very respected network. Bring your “A” game. This is our moment; we’ve been through so much, and I’ll be damned if I’m going to let ANYBODY – a veteran or brand new guy – waste what we have.”
Bully – AMC for TNA, it’s a big freaking deal. Do you see the locker room potentially changing with this much bigger opportunity in front of the guys and gals?
“I really don’t. I won’t allow it to. I’m very very protective over this locker room because I’ve been in locker rooms where this unity isn’t as prevalent, where there’s not that vibe of a family. I will do my damndest – I’m very very protective over this locker room. Everybody’s even more motivated – I think you’re going to see some young guys really step up, and you’re going to see veterans who have been there – that still have a lot to prove – also just bring more then anyone has ever seen. If I see it changing for the worse, I will be the first one to step up, and that’s not going to happen!”

Frankie continued:
“I’m saying right now, now the work begins. A lot of work has gone into this, but it’s time to put up or shut up. It’s time to put our foot on the gas and really show the world, show a much bigger audience what TNA is all about and what we have been about for the past 20 years.“
“AMC is a big, big player, and this is their first venture into the live sports avenue. But when you look at their scripted dramas, they’ve had some of the biggest shows of the last decade, two decades… The bar is already pretty high for us, but I have full confidence in our team that we can give them something very, very special.”
“AMC, from what I’ve [been] told and what I do know, the team there is beyond psyched to jump on board into this wacky world of pro wrestling and help us really present something unique and different,” Kazarian said.
“There’s so much in a very crowded marketplace right now in pro wrestling. If you’re a wrestling fan, it’s great,” he said. “But there’s wrestling on every night of the week. We have to step up and differentiate ourselves from everything else on television.”
