Kyle Fletcher & Kazuchika Okada Secure Points on Week 2 of AEW’s Continental Classic Gold League

Last night, AEW Dynamite presented a new edition of its weekly show, loaded with segments and great matches. The action was mainly focused on the Continental Classic Tournament, where Kyle Fletcher and Claudio Castagnoli, after achieving victories, currently lead their respective leagues.

In the first match of the night belonging to the Gold League, Kazuchika Okada defeated PAC in an intense match full of punishment. Following an aerial and technical battle that saw both wrestlers apply their most devastating moves, the “Rainmaker” managed to surprise PAC with a quick pinfall, thus earning his first three points in the Tournament.

Continuing with the Gold League action, Kyle Fletcher secured a convincing victory against Kevin Knight. Fletcher showcased his dominance by withstanding Knight’s coast-to-coast dive and finishing him off with a brainbuster. With this triumph, Fletcher accumulates a total of six points, leading the standings in his group so far.
