Kris Statlander Retains the AEW Women’s World Championship Against Mercedes Moné
Mercedes Moné goes for an Ankle Lock right out of the gate but Kris Statlander uses her power to stop it.
Statlander gets some offense in before Mercedes Moné throws her out of the ring. Mercedes Moné hits a baseball slide kick and goes for another one but Statlander catches her and carries her into the ring.
Statlander goes for a splash on Moné but Mercedes moves out of the way. Statlander rolls outside of the ring and gets hit with a meteora off the apron. Mercedes Moné throws Statlander into the steel steps and hits another meteora off the steps.
Mercedes Moné rolls Statlander into the ring and targets her arm. Moné continues to target the arm and proceeds to hit a fourteen amigos.
Moné went for a frog splash after all of the suplexes and Statlander got her knees up. Statlander takes over but is really favoring her injured arm.
Statlander goes for a roundhouse kick but Mercedes counters and throws Kris to the outside. Mercedes stomped on Statlander’s injured arm. Moné went for another dive from the apron but got met with a Blue Thunder Bomb on the floor.
Statlander rolls back into the ring and Moné barely beats the ten count. Moné hits the backstabber and knocks Statlander into the corner. Statlander hits Moné with a discus lariat and goes for a cover but Mercedes attacks the injured arm.
Statlander gets up and hits Moné with a belly-to-belly suplex into a Statement Maker.
Statlander tries to pick up Moné but Moné reverses into a pin. Kris Statlander hits Moné with a Package Piledriver but Mercedes grabs the rope to break the pin.
Statlander lifts Moné up to the top rope and onto her shoulders but Mercedes counters into a poisonrana and meteora on the ropes.
Statlander hits Moné with Staturday Night Fever to retain the AEW Women’s World Championship.
