Ted DiBiase Jr. was arrested back in April of 2023 and indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and to commit theft concerning programs receiving federal funds, six counts of wire fraud, two counts of theft concerning programs receiving federal funds, and four counts of money laundering.
According to PW Insider, there will be a hearing on December 8th in regard to Ted DiBiase Jr’s criminal trial before The Mississippi Southern District Court. As of right now, DiBiase Jr. is set to stand trial on January 6th of 2026.
DiBiase Jr. faces up to 45 years in prison if convicted on all counts and a potential of a million dollar fine.
