Nikki Bella on Her Lifestyle to Stay Ready for In-Ring Competition

Entertainment Tonight conducted an exclusive interview with Nikki Bella and one of the topics was how she is staying fit for her current run in WWE.

Below is what Nikki had to say about her preparation for staying ready for in-ring competition:

“You know, I’m doing cardio and weightlifting. So non-lifting days are sprinting days. And then also just having one day for wine a week. So I am eating a lot of high protein after what I do, and I take a tiny dose of creatine, like put in my water, and that has helped me change the game and how to prep for wrestling shape. Especially being one of the veterans, you know, the Hall of Famer, it’s like I have to come in with different things to keep up with the younger ones. And so this has all helped, and even times when I’m like, ‘I don’t want to eat this steak’, it’s like stuff like that’s hard for me.”

Nikki Bella is doing whatever it takes to maintain her health and keep herself ready to compete with the best of the best inside the squared circle. At the age of 42, she looks like she still has many years ahead of her in the ring.
