Laynie Luck has captured the vacant WWE ID Women’s Championship at last night’s Wrestling Open show.
On Monday November 17, 2025, Wrestling Open presented a show that would feature a Six-Way Match to crown a new WWE ID Women’s Champion between Arica Demia vs. Brittnie Brooks vs. Notorious Mimi vs. Shannon LeVangie vs. Tiara James vs. the winner of an opening Six Way Elimination match.

Laynie Luck would go on and defeat Angelica Risk, Jordan Blade, Kaitlyn Marie, Lili Ruiz and Niki XS on the opening match to qualify for the main event championship contest.
Her path to the title wasn’t easy. Luck pulled off the double duty in front of an energetic crowd and with her performance, she has solidified her spot not only as the champion but as the new WWE ID signee.
The WWE ID Women’s Tittle was vacated after inaugural champion Kylie Rae announced her pregnancy. Kylie Rae had been one of the main faces of the women’s division since the ID program started, but saw her deal expire after WWE decided not to renew her contract.
