DarkState Retain the NXT Tag Team Championships Over Leon Slater and Je’Von Evans at NXT Gold Rush

NXT live from MSG delivered a certified banger when NXT Tag Team Champions Dark State took on the Youngest In Charge Je’Von Evans and TNA X Division Champion Leon Slater.
The Youngest In Charge entered the ring like human highlight reels, hitting the ring with stereo superkicks that sent the Dark State crashing. The Young OG & the X-Division King were hitting double team sequences that had the crowd losing their minds.

Dark State weren’t playing any games as Dion Lennox & Osiris used every dirty tactic in the book with Saquon Shugars and Cutler James were locked in at ringside.
The action never stopped with apron cutters, top rope splashes, and near falls that seemed Je’Von & Leon were heading for NXT Tag Team Gold. However, the moment was short lived as when it seemed Evans was going to break up the count Cutler pulled Dion off Slater which Je’Von inadvertently landed a splash.

Once Je’Von Evans was thrown outside the ring Dark State set up Leon Slater for the Doomsday Device, secured the pinfall, and still NXT tag team champions Dark State.
