Cam Skattebo and Abdul Carter of the New York Giants & Comedian Andrew Schulz Throw Down on Monday Night RAW
Although Cam Skattebo suffered a season-ending ankle injury a few weeks ago, that did not stop him and Abdul Carter from going toe-to-toe with the Judgment Day to protect comedian Andrew Schulz.
Finn Bálor, JD McDonagh, and “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio had just suffered a loss to John Cena, Sheamus, & Rey Mysterio in a six man tag match when they decided to take all of their frustrations out on Schulz.
Dominik decided to taunt Schulz by saying “the only thing good to come out of New York is standing in front of you.” The King of the Luchadors decided to escalate the situation by taunting members of the New York Giants and asking them when was the last time a champion came out of New York.
This led to Mysterio shoving Schulz back into his chair sparking a brawl with Cam Skattebo and Abdul Carter, which all took place during a commercial break.
The WWE has successfully crossed over into other major sports but more recently with notable appearances from NBA superstars Tyrese Haliburton and Jalen Brunson and now Cam Skattebo and Abdul Carter getting physical.
With the backing of ESPN, the sky is the limit for WWE and crossover appearances from athletes across all the world of sports.
