TNA X Division Champion Leon Slater & NXT Star Je’Von Evans Challenging Dark State For NXT Tag Team Titles At NXT Gold Rush Event
Moments ago during the LIVE NXT episode, Je’Von Evans was in the ring and made the announcement that Ava and Santino both agreed that as a result of Dark State ruining their match at Bound For Glory, Leon and Je’Von will get their hands on Dark State and a shot at the NXT Tag Team Titles. Leon appears on the screen so he can hear the news.
As soon as Evans revealed the news, Dark State made their way through the crowd and surrounded the ring, thinking Evans is by himself. Leon Slater ran through the crowd and slid into the ring just in time to fend off Dark State with Evans.
This match will take place next week on the 11/18 NXT Gold Rush event from the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden.
We’ll also see TNA Knockouts World Champion and NXT star Kelani Jordan defend the title against NXT star Jordynne Grace and TNA Knockout Lei Ying Lee.
