Tonight’s TNA iMPACT! was filmed in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada at the Edmonto Expo Centre.
King’s Speech with Frankie Kazarian
Frankie makes his way out in his wrestling gear and says he’s dressed to fight now that he’s the International champion. He says he defeated Maclin and deserves to be congratulated. Frankie pauses for a few seconds for applause, but he gets booed. “Frankie sucks” chants break out. Kazarian says the International is now the most important title in TNA.
Frankie hypes up Trick Williams as the TNA World Champion, but says he’s not a King like Frankie. Frankie talks shit about the Hardy’s as tag team champions and Leon Slater as X Division champion.
TNA Knockouts World Champion Kelani Jordan comes out.
Frankie welcomes her and says he wants to make sure she’s not a fluke. Kelani responded by running down her accomplishments such as being a decorated gymnast and the inaugural NXT Women’s North American champion.
TNA World Champion Trick Williams comes out and tells Frankie to pit some respect on his name. He calls Frankie a second-rate champion in a second rate company. During the segment, Trick said if Mike Santana touched him unprovoked, their BFG match would be cancelled.
Matt Hardy comes out and tells Frankie and Trick they don’t realize where they are – Edmonton is TNA country!
Frankie asks Matt Hardy where Jeff is, and then says he’s not even allowed into Canada. Frankie says he wish he wasn’t allowed into Canada.
Leon Slater comes out and says that he’s not just going to sit back and listen to people standing out there trashing him or the company.
Indi Hartwell makes her way out to stand with Leon and Matt Hardy.
Santino comes out and says he’s glad that everybody is out there and fired up. He makes a match between Trick, Frankie, and kelani Jordan taking on Matt Hardy, Leon Slater, and Indi Hartwell right now, with Mike Santana on commentary.
Santana was on commentary and Kazarian was pushed into Trick, provoking Mike. All hell broke loose at ringside.
Matt Hardy, Leon Slater, Indi Hartwell def. Frankie Kazarian, Trick Williams, Kelani Jordan via pinfall after Leon Slater nails Frankie Kazarian with a Swanton 450 splash off the top rope.
Tommy Dreamer met Team TNA on the ramp and came out with a number of talents and announced the Invasion event. He put over several talents. He then promised that if NXT wants a war he “they will get their asses kicked.”

We get a video from mara Sade who talked about getting released from her dream job (WWE/NXT), but saw the light at the end of the tunnel when she got hired by TNA as a Knockout.

Backstage, Joe Hendry is talking about how he beat Eric Young and Victory Road an says he wants to move on. Santino walks up to Joe Hendry and tells him that he just got off the phone with Anthem corporate and he’ll be wrestling Eric Young next week in a No Disqualification match.
We get the Road to Glory Part 2 featuring Mike Santana, including TNA legend Amazing Red.
Nic Nemeth (w/Ryan Nemeth) vs. Hometown Man.
-Nic Nemeth def. Hometown Man
Post-match, Nic and Ryan were about to reveal who Hometown Man is, when Matt Cardona ran down and tried to stop them. Cardona got beaten down for his troubles.
We get a backstage segment with Gia Miller where we see the clip of Tessa jumping Gia at Victory Road. Gia reveals that she got Tessa’s suspension lifted with the condition that if Tessa slipped up she would get her hands on her, and she wants to do it at the biggest stage of them all – Bound For Glory.
Alisha Edwards (w/the System) vs. Tasha Steelz (w/Order 4)
–Alisha Edwards def. Tasha Steelz
Post-match, Tasha attacked Alisha from behind as both sides separate quickly.
We get Tessa Blanchard backstage who talks about George South being her trainer and that Gia wanted to train with him as well, so Tessa helped Gia get trained until she realized she can’t cut it and she quit – which makes sense that Gia is just a backstage personality and not a wrestler. Tessa suggests Gia forgets she crossed paths with her and she’ll forget any of this ever happened.
We get a rundown for next weeks action.
TNA Twitter drops the official announcement that Tessa Blanchard will take on Gia Miller at Bound For Glory.
