Cedric Alexander made his TNA Wrestling debut on the 6/26 TNA iMPACT! episode when he confronted his former friend Mustafa Ali after Ali defeated John Skyler in a Call To Arms match.
Since showing up In TNA, Cedric has challenged Leon Slater for the TNA X Division title, as well as teamed up with Slater a few times.
“Fightful Select has confirmed that Cedric Alexander is under contract to TNA Wrestling. He’s been appearing on their programming for a number of months, but until now there was no confirmation he was under contract with the company.”
Cedric has been appearing on TNA television and events since debuting with the company. He most recently teamed with Leon Slater this past Thursday night to take Rascal members Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz. Miguel & Slater won the match.
With the Bound for Glory around the corner, Alexander is so far without a match, but could easily appear in the annual Call Your Shot gauntlet – where the winner can challenge for any title they choose to at any time.
TNA is filming the last few weeks of television leading to Bound For Glory tonight in Edmonton, Canada.
