The Elegance Brand Become Longest-Reigning All-Female TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions
Congratulations to Ash, Heather, M By Elegance, and of course the Personal Concierge George Iceman – The Elegance Brand – on their accomplishment!
Yesterday, The Elegance Brand (Ash, Heather, and M By Elegance) have become the longest reigning female-only TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions in company history at 185 days as of today, but officially broke the record on Saturday at 183 days.
Eric Young & ODB still hold the overall record of 478 days, but as an intergender team.
The titles were originally won by Ash and Heather By Elegance back in March at the Sacrifice event in El Paso, Texas. Since then, Maggie Lee joined the group and transformed to M By Elegance, at which time the group started to Elegance Rules (Free Bird) the titles, meaning they could be defended by any combination of the group.
Ash is currently the TNA Knockouts World Champion after defeating both Masha Slamovich & NXT star Jacy Jayne for the title at NXT Heatwave.
All three women are set to defend their respective titles at the upcoming LIVE TNA Victory Road event on 9/26 as Ash defends the Knockouts World Title against Masha Slamovich, while Heather & M By Elegance will defend against The IInspiration, Cassie Lee & Jessica McKay.
