The WWE will be holding their biggest event of the year in Saudi Arabia in 2027.
A tease to a special big announcement from the WWE was posted a day prior to the live stream that they held where everyone tuned in to see what the breaking news was involving when it comes to the many different ideas and shows the WWE has put on in the last decade with new partnerships.
In a video posted to Snapchat, Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority chairman Turki Alalshikh announced to the world that WWE would be bringing its biggest spectacle of the year to Saudi Arabia in the year of 2027.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE are aiming to present the most star-studded show ever with WrestleMania 43 and ideas of reeling in legends like the Rock has been reportedly come out to bring even more eyes to what the WWE’s first visit to a non-American stadium since WrestleMania 18 will be, which was held on March 17, 2002. An event where the Rock defeated Hollywood Hogan to pass their torch to The People’s Champ.
WWE stars were in Las Vegas to promote the once in a lifetime event between Canelo Alvarez and Terrance Crawford, the boxing bout that is expected to take place in Sin City on September 13th.
During the live stream to promote all the festivities in Las Vegas, Joe Tessitore, who works as a broadcaster on SmackDown was the host who announced that WWE will be traveling to hold their WrestleMania event in Saudi Arabia in 2027.

As part of Riyadh season, the WWE will look to make history by holding WrestleMania there, it is the first event in over 20 years to be held outside of American and Canada, many expected it to go to London for the first time in its history, however, the WWE’s partnership now allows them to bring the event to Saudi Arabia.
