At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, Jon Moxley’s night ended with a big loss against the AEW favorites, however, the Death Riders took matters into their own hands by brutalizing Will Ospreay’s neck and leaving through the crowd to leave their opponents and the crowd feeling empty to end one of AEW’s biggest shows of the year.
Now, one of AEW’s pillars will look to give Moxley a fight he won’t forget when Daniel Garcia steps up to the plate, per Tony Khan.
Garcia was in the corner for Nigel McGuinness at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door where he watched his good friend come up short against Zack Sabre Jr, the current IWGP World Heavyweight Champion.
It should be a big night as AEW prepares for their next big PPV event, All Out in Toronto, Ontario.
