Hangman Page: After What I Did to Him at Forbidden Door, MJF Will Think Twice About Using His Casino Gauntlet Contract

Hangman Page knows he isn’t done with MJF anytime soon.

At AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, the AEW Men’s World Heavyweight Championship was defended between Hangman Page and MJF, and in the end, the champion retained the gold and put away the current holder of the Casino Gauntlet contract that MJF won at AEW All In. However, Hangman knows that things are far from over.

In an interview prior to the show with Jeff Jarrett, Hangman wanted to make sure MJF thinks twice about cashing anything in on the current AEW Men’s World Heavyweight Champion.

“What Max has to him is an insurance policy. He’s the kind of person who needs it. He’s the kind of person who cannot go all in. He’s the kind of person who cannot put all of their chips on the table when it truly matters. He needs insurance. It’s what he has always needed, and it’s what he has now. But after what I do to him at Forbidden Door, he will think twice about using that contract.”

MJF has not released a statement following his loss, however, he still has the opportunity in the future to win the AEW Men’s World Heavyweight Championship if his contract execution goes to plan.
