John Cena: The Toughest Match I Had in My Career Was in the Firefly Fun House at WrestleMania 36
John Cena reflected on his toughest battles.
At WrestleMania 36, John Cena was brought back to an old foe, the late Bray Wyatt, who not only had his wacky mind focused on ruining the lives of others, but he also had the Firefly Fun House and all his scary friends by his side. This would force Cena into a match at the Fun House, which would also be a reflection for both men who had been through so much against the other.
When asked about his toughest battles, Cena named this match at the top of his list and explained why.
“It’s the match I had in the Firefly Fun House. The reason that opponent was tough–and I know it was against Bray Wyatt–was because that was more or less a match against me. I’ll say that was my toughest match.” – John Cena said to Justin Barraso
Cena recently fought in another tough battle when he lost the WWE Championship at SummerSlam to the “American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes in a street fight in the main event of Sunday’s biggest party of the summer.
