Dominik Mysterio: I Was Depressed When CM Punk Won The World Heavyweight Title, But I Was Smiling From Ear To Ear When Seth Rollins Saved The Day

Dirty Dom was a big fan of Seth Rollins cash in.

SummerSlam 2025 featured the first-ever two-night event where the first night was headlined by Gunther defending the World Heavyweight Championship against CM Punk, this would result in Punk beating the Ring General clean in the middle of the ring to become the first man to win the classic and modern World Heavyweight Championship.

However, this would be cut short when Seth Rollins officially cashed in his Money in the Bank to take back the World Heavyweight Championship for a second time in his career.

A moment that had the current WWE Intercontinental Champion, Dominik Mysterio smiling from ear to ear after feeling depressed from witnessing Punk become the new champion.

Dominik Mysterio says he was “smiling from ear to ear” when Seth Rollins cashed-in on CM Punk at SummerSlam:
