WWE Is Reportedly Strongly Interested in Signing Konnan to Legends Deal Separate From Involvement In AAA
Konnan could be signing a new contract in the future.
After the WWE acquired AAA this past April over WrestleMania weekend, they have been doing their best to go all out with each event produced.
From a Worlds Collide event featuring stars from WWE and AAA to involving more talent to expand the global reach of AAA before their biggest event of the year, TripleMania 33.
According to WrestleVotes, the involvement of Konnan, who serves as a member of the creative team has reportedly pushed a strong interest from the WWE to sign him to a legends deal contract for contributing to the deal and promotions made as of late.
At TripleMania 33, El Hijo del Vikingo will defend his AAA Mega Championship against WWE’s El Grande Americano, Dragon Lee, and the current WWE Intercontinental Champion, ‘Dirty’ Dominik Mysterio.
