Michael Cole: Taz Is My All-Time Favorite Broadcast Partner, We Really Took Over SmackDown During Our Run
Michael Cole shows some love to the Human Suplex Machine.
When SmackDown was part of the WWE Draft, alongside WWE Raw, it was Michael Cole, who was on the commentary table for Monday Night Raw, alongside Taz, who was entering retirement following a career in ECW and WWF where he had memorable feuds, and was kept around to blend in his own style with the likes of Cole.
During a sit-down with WFAN Radio, Cole was asked who his all-time favorite broadcast partner was throughout his illustrious career, to which Cole named Taz as the number one guy in that spot for him.
Taz would go on to quote a tweet on Twitter/X where he returned the love to his longtime friend and former broadcast partner.
Cole currently works alongside the likes of Pat McAfee and Corey Graves when McAfee takes time away from the WWE to do his coverage of College Football. Taz currently works in All Elite Wrestling, alongside Excalibur and Tony Schiavone.
