Bret Hart Says He’s Pulling for CM Punk to Beat Gunther at SummerSlam for World Heavyweight Championship
The Hitman has made his prediction.
Fans around the world and those in attendance for WWE SummerSlam 2025 will be able to witness back-to-back nights with main events that have a lot on the line for both sides. On Saturday night, Gunther will look to continue his dominant reign as the World Heavyweight Champion against the ‘Best in the World’ CM Punk.
However, Bret Hart, who is the original Ring General was asked about who his favorite wrestlers are to watch today, and who he is rooting for on Saturday night between Punk and Gunther for the gold.
The Hitman will be rooting for Punk to take the World Heavyweight Championship from the new Ring General, however, there could always be another plan in place if Seth Rollins Money in the Bank is set to cash in on the winner of the classic main event that fans have been anticipating for a very long time.
