Moments ago, to end the weekly TNA iMPACT! broadcast, a wooden box was shown with the TNA logo on it. The box opened up with a video package of AJ Styles and then some of his clothing was inside of there. It looked like the dust was blown off of Styles old vest.
The screen immediately went to the TNA Slammiversary PPV image, which takes place this Sunday, July 20th.
Earlier today, Jon Alba of Sports Illustrated reported that we could “expect” AJ for the show, and that he might be around to set up for a match.
While this is great confirmation of that news, it is unclear what match he will be set up for. We’ll have to tune in to the Slammiversary PPV to see what role AJ plays, and how it affects everything going forward.
