Naomi: It Really Meant A Lot To Me When Big E Gave Me My Flowers After My Money In The Bank Win

Naomi recalls the impact she felt from Big E’s words.

Following her huge win at Money in the Bank, Naomi was met with a lot of love and respect shown from her peers, including Big E, who recalled the days the two spent together grinding through their FCW days before the two made their way through NXT and their journeys on the WWE roster. Big E gave Naomi her flowers for never giving up on her dreams and making it through all the obstacles in her wrestling career.

“He took me all the way back, like, all the way back to the beginning, to FCW days. When he brought that up, I just thought about the first week…I met Big E the week after I had came,” Naomi said in an interview with “Busted Open.”

“Just that first time me and him met each other, and, like, what that interaction was in those moments. Just how new we were and how much younger we were, and for us to still be there in that moment, and him giving me my flowers, it just really, really, really touched me.”

Naomi is scheduled to face Jade Cargill at WWE’s Evolution 2 PPV in a No Holds Barred match to settle the score in their bitter feud that has been going on since this past February.
