Canelo Álvarez Says There Is A Possibility Of Him Making A Jump To WWE
Canelo Álvarez is set to battle one of the biggest stars in boxing.
At Fanatics Fest in New York City, Canelo Álvarez stood face to face with Terence Crawford before shoving the four-division Boxing world champion. Canelo would answer questions afterward about the possibility of stepping inside some different ropes in the combat sports world.
Álvarez, in the video below, would give off the possibility of him coming over to the WWE, and even teased that there have been some talks between the two parties about a future crossover from one of boxing’s greatest stars.
Crawford and Álvarez will battle it out in twelve rounds of action on September 13 at Allegiant Stadium, home to WrestleMania 41 this year and next year when the WWE returns for WrestleMania 42. The WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, WBO, The Ring, and TBRB undisputed super middleweight titles will be on the line in the once-in-a-lifetime matchup between Crawford and Álvarez.
