Starts out with an appearance from
Joe Hendry.
Joe comes out and thanks the fans for standing by him over the last few months and for giving him this great life, he says he knows the fans always have his back.
Joe admits he lost the TNA World Title to Trick Williams, and it’s painful losing to a guy who isn’t even part of the company. Joe says he keeps coming back because of the people. Trick has something that belongs to him and he wants it back.
Joe says the fans were here for his lows, and now he needs them for his redemption.
TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella makes his way out. Santino says he likes Joe, and he’s never utilized his rematch clause yet.
Santino reveals that at Slammiversary, Joe will compete for the TNA World Title. Joe says he’ll bring the title back to TNA.
We go backstage to Killer Kelly who says she’s going to beat Masha for the TNA Knockouts World Title, and she’ll be keeping an eye on the Knockouts Battle Royal tonight.
-Zachary Wentz (w/Trey Miguel) def. Ryan Nemeth (w/Nic Nemeth)
Masha is backstage and says that she’ll defend her TNA Knockouts World Title against Killer Kelly next week, but she’ll be watching the Battle Royal next.
Arianna Grace walks up and says she’s got some big plans for Masha but can’t reveal them just yet. Masha says to bring it on.
Knockouts Battle Royal
-Ash By Elegance eliminates Indi Hartwell and Tessa Blanchard to win the match and earn a future Knockouts World Title shot.
Post-match, Masha starts walking down to the ring and then NXT Women’s champion Jacy Jayne walks out from the back.
BIOFLEX TNA injury report
Santana – suspension – cleared
KC Navarro – dislocated knee – out
Elijah – turn triceps – out
Backstage, Jake Something reminds people that he’s back and has his sights set on the TNA International Title. Maclin walked up and welcomed him back.
Call To Arms Match
-Mustafa Ali def John Skyler
Post-match, Ali was about to nail Tasha Steelz with a steel chair when Cedric Alexander came out to stop it.
Tasha, Skyler, and Hotch all stood with Alexander as he was face to face with Ali.
We go backstage to The System, where Moose is commenting on his match against Leon Slater st Slammiversary. Cardona walks up and interrupts them, confronting Myers. Eddie Edwards steps up and tells Cardona this is System business. Cardona says he’ll see them next week as the System all walk away.
-Matt & Jeff Hardy def. The Northern Armory (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams w/Eric Young)
Matt Hardy calls out Leon Slater after the match is over. He hypes Leon up for putting in the work day in and day out and getting himself over as a future star. Matt says Leon has the opportunity to make history and become the youngest X Division champion in the history of TNA.
Leon thanks them both and says Slammiversary is his opportunity to show out against Moose. He says he’s walking out the youngest X Division champion of all time, and he’s doing it for his mom, his little sister, and everybody who’s in the crowd and watching at home.
Leon says he’s going to sit with commentary for Moose’s match that’s up next.
-Moose def. Shane Sabre & Jake Painter
Post-match, Moose continues beating down one of the opponents and then Slater gets into the ring and in Moose’s face. Moose backs off and gets out of the ring.
Street Fight
Mike Santana vs. AJ Francis
Santana put AJ through a table on the outside. Trick Williams came out and stood over AJ for a second before Joe Hendry made his way out and fought off Trick.
–Mike Santana def. AJ Francis via pinfall after hitting him in the head with a champagne bottle and following it up with a SPIN THE BLOCK.
Post-match, Santana asks for microphone. He says he’s the standard of TNA for a reason – his name should be synonymous with the TNA World Title. Mike hypes Slammiversary, the TNA World Title, in New York.
