The most talked about AAA wrestler since the WWE acquisition looks to be signing a deal with WWE as Mr. Iguana is finalizing a deal with the company.
According to Fightful Español, the AAA wrestler looks to be staying in the WWE for some more future appearances.
“There was some confusion as to Iguana’s immediate status as he did an interview claiming he was going to the main roster. The interview was later edited and there were claims he didn’t say it, but he did.”
Mr. Iguana was apart of the opening six man tag team match at the first WWE/ AAA show Worlds Collide on June 7th in Los Angeles. Mr. Iguana got a lot of attention on social media and in the live crowds wherever he has shown up. WWE has put him in the crowd on both Raw and NXT. On the Raw after Money in the Bank, they showed him in the crowd and he got one of the loudest reactions of the night.
Mr. Iguana has been in AAA since 2020 and he has won one title in the company which was the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship.
