Sean O’Malley Simulates A Real Fight Atmosphere While Training For UFC 316
Sean O’Malley is ready.
UFC 316
Sean O’Malley is set to challenge Bantamweight Champion Merab Dvalishvili for the gold Saturday, June 7th live from Newark, New Jersey at UFC 316. This is a rematch from their previous bout at Noche UFC where Merab defeated Sean to win the title.
Now, Sean says he’s fully prepared and ready for the rematch this weekend, and he’s even shown it. O’Malley has done something very unique and recorded it for fans to see. He has simulated a real-fight feel in his gym to get ready. This comes with a locker room walkout, entrance music, fans around the cage, crowd noise, his coach yelling and giving him directions and talking to him between rounds!
Conor McGregor even commented on the video and said that it feels reminiscent of his rematch against Nate Diaz, where he did win.
‘Suga’ Sean even busted his opponents nose and of course, won his own simulation. This was pretty neat to see and you can check out the full video with talking head features below.
