Moments ago during the weekly Tuesday NXT broadcast, former AEW Women’s Champion Mariah May and Owen Hart tournament Winner Mariah May appeared on NXT.
May proclaimed “I HAVE FINALLY ARRIVED!”
“Ladies, you can call me the NEXT NXT WOMEN’s champion…because the best women’s division in the World just got a lot more…glamorous!”
Mariah May was recently removed from the AEW roster page and more was reported to that by Fightful Select on May 31st.
“Mariah May is off AEW’s roster page and is expected to head to WWE imminently upon that expiration.
May’s two-year contract with AEW is expected to expire and she will be effectively done with the company.”
Mariah May last appeared with AEW in a match against Toni Storm dubbed “The Hollywood Ending” back on the AEW Revolution PPV in March of this year.
