Moments ago during the LIVE NXT show, Joe Hendry was backstage in NXT General Manager Ava’s office, where she revealed to him that he would be getting his hands on Trick Williams soon.
Not only that, HISTORY WILL BE MADE when the TNA World Title is one the line for the NXT Battleground PLE.
Earlier in the night, Trick Williams came down to the ring and pulled Joe Hendry out of the ring during his match with Hank and Tank against the Dark State.
Both men would go after each other later on during the #1 Contender Battle Royal.
Joe and Trick have been in each others business since the NXT after WrestleMania, where Joe came out and called Trick Williams an entitled bitch.
Trick then showed up at the end of the TNA Rebellion PPV to attack Joe after his successful TNA World Title defense.
Last Thursday during the LIVE TNA iMPACT episode, Joe came to the ring
and called out Trick Williams, who responded to Joe over satellite because he claimed he wasn’t in the building. Trick would then attack Joe later that same night during his tag team match.
Joe Hendry is scheduled to team up with Elijah prior to Battleground at the TNA Under Siege PLE to take on the team of Trick Williams and Frankie Kazarian on 5/23.

Will Joe Hendry defeat Trick on his own terf, or will the TNA World Title fall into the hands of an NXT talent? We’ll have to tune in on May 25th to find out.
